Why would you want 3 different platforms to confuse your audience?

I've been to a few association sites in the last couple of weeks, and notice that there are different platforms for different applications.

As a consumer of content, I want to push the easy button to watch a video or take an online course.  As a boomer, I get challenged when the expected becomes the unexpected - especially on the same website.

When I watch a video on some sites, the platform has different buttons in different positions than the LMS.  When I go to download a podcast, the player is different again than the LMS or video platform.

No wonder I don't have much hair left.

One of the main reasons why a potential member will leave your website is because they are frustrated by the inability to get at and to consume content.  Either you have not displayed content so that it is easy to find, or you confuse the visitor by giving him or her different looks for different applications.

Association TV® offers the most diverse and robust platform to organize, display and distribute all types of media.  Best of all, it is specifically made for the unique needs of associations.   Whether you are consuming a video, podcast, or taking an online course for accreditation, the platform serves up content that is easy to find and easy to consume.  The platform then allows you to share the content with your friends through all the social channels.  The quality is always consistent - as the platform automatically recognizes what device you are consuming on and the amount of bandwidth that you have to work with.
